Why I Created One Health Planning & Mentoring
Environmental health and regulatory roles are some of the most complex and under supported professions out there.
You’re expected to interpret legislation, manage risk, deal with conflict, and protect the public healthand environment… often with very little real-world guidance.
I know this because I’ve lived it.
I created One Health Planning & Mentoring as a program to support Environmental Health Officers and regulatory professionals to build confidence, capability, and clarity in their roles.

An Environmental Health professional, mentor, and the creator of the One Health Planning & Mentoring program.
With a strong background in local government regulatory environments, I understand the real pressures you face from making defensible decisions to managing community expectations and navigating complex legislation.
I’m passionate about helping professionals build confidence through practical, real-world mentoring.
